We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive / Relationship Manager to manage professional loan products (e.g., loans for doctors, CA/CS, architects, engineers, etc.). The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing clients, building strong relationships, and driving disbursals while ensuring excellent service delivery.Key Responsibilities:Identify and acquire new customers for professional loan productsUnderstand the financial needs of professionals (doctors, CAs, etc.) and offer suitable loan solutionsCollect and verify required documents for loan processingEnsure accurate and timely submission of loan applicationsMaintain regular follow-up with clients throughout the loan approval and disbursement processAchieve monthly disbursal targets and ensure quality sourcingMaintain strong post-sales relationships to build customer loyaltyCoordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth processingEnsure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirementsPrepare MIS and reports on leads, conversions, and portfolio performanceRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field1–3 years of experience in loans or financial services (preferably professional loans)Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skillsKnowledge of loan documentation, eligibility, and compliance normsProficiency in MS Office and CRM systemsWillingness to travel locally for client meetings
