Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Conducts day to day experiments as per the plan. Performs routine analysis of raw materials, in-process and finished goods under supervision and according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Compiles data for documentation of test procedures and prepares reports.
  • Provide feedbacks on instrument, Software and reagent performances to the technical lead.
  • Reviews data obtained from the experiments and reports anomalies and deviations in a timely manner.
  • Routine instrument running and maintenance.
  • Recording of experimental data in laboratory notebooks or case report forms.
  • Ensure that lab cleanliness and safety standards are maintained.
  • Participates and performs investigation with respect to the testing performed.
  • Participate in technical discussions and presentations with the rest of the R&D team.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field (cell biology,immunology, biochemistry etc.).
  • Experience in inventory management and purchasing, preferably in a laboratory or scientific setting.
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory supplies, equipment, and consumables.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations, safety guidelines, and quality standards is an asset.
  • follows SOPs for preparation of buffers, Manages and audits inventory stock, will perform specimen preparation and processing for use in Flow Cytometry experiments under guidance of technical lead.
Qualification and Experience:Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree with 4+ or Master’s degree with 1 to 3 years of experience years of related experience. Bachelor or Master in Medical Laboratory Technology degree.
  • Flow cytometry related experience on maintenance , operation, data collection and analysis, QC etc.
  • Specimen handling experience, whole blood, bone marrow, body fluids etc., antibody cocktail preparation.
