- Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs
- Source, screen, and select qualified candidates using various sourcing channels
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
- Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and job portals to attract potential candidates
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job openings
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers and HR team on the recruitment progress
- Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices
