ServiceNow Lead/Architect

• The ServiceNow Consultant is responsible for developing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet the business requirements

• Development of ITSM & any other application, custom apps in ServiceNow Platform following best development practices

• Support other developers in their work to integrate existing systems with ServiceNow

• Strong hands-on ServiceNow implementation or development experience with full cycle implementation of ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change), Asset, CMDB, ITOM

• ServiceNow implementation of ITBM, GRC, HRSD modules will be added advantage

• ServiceNow upgrade hands-on will be added advantage

• Very good knowledge of the ITSM process

• Work with global ServiceNow team to implement the ServiceNow ( all the modules ) across all global locations of client

• Exceptional Interpersonal Skills & Ability to work independently and with a team

• Candidate should have the ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment.

• Should have prior hands-on working experience in ServiceNow platform

• ServiceNow Platform Configurations and ServiceNow Scripting, Best practices

• Integration to various solutions (SaaS, External Apps) using REST API / web service / JSON will be added advantage

• Ability to work with clients and partners directly and handle crunched timelines

• Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (Desired)

• ITIL Certifications (desired)

• At least 1 mainline ServiceNow Implementation Certification (Desired)

• BE/B-Tech/MCA/BSc/BCA

• 5+ years of IT industry experience.

• Implementation/customization experience on ServiceNow

• ITIL/ServiceNow

• Certifications will be an added advantage.

• Set up standards for quality control; measure and report performance against those standards

• Exposure on Service Now integration protocols with other application/systems

• Excellent attention to details, ability to multitask, and effective time management skills

• Knowledge of web based development languages; specifically JavaScript, Ajax
