? Lead a team of accounting staff to ensure quality of work and implement best accounting practices.
? Responsible for the finalization of accounts, and preparation of financial statements (Monthly, Quarterly, and Annually)
? Responsible for GST and Direct tax filling, including ITR for companies and individuals
? Responsible for accounts payable and reconciliation
? Manage a team of Accountants
? Key account management (Single point of contact for key accounts/clients)Other Responsibilities:
? Coordinate with vendors and other business affiliates
? Contributes to the improvement of internal controls
? Assists in financial planning and budgeting process for the company
? Responsible for co? ordinate with internal and external auditors to resolve queries
? Assist the team and clients in regulatory and compliance mattersRequirements:
? Hands-on experience with leading accounting software(s) like Tally and Quickbooks, Cloud-based software experience is a great plus
? Strong hold on taxation-related matters, including various applicable taxation benefits available to startups, and MSMEs
? Understanding of accounting systems, charts of accounts, various accounting, and other modules. Experience working with leading ERP/CRM systems is a major plus.
? Thorough knowledge of GST required to handle GST registration and return filing? Minimum 3 to 5 years of post? qualification experience with a reputed CA firm
? Excellent communication skills
? Willing to work in a start? up and high-paced environmentLanguage: English, Hindi and Gujarati
