The Role This is a great opportunity to be Sourcing Team Lead for Sanofi Pharma , a rapidly growing life sciences client of Korn Ferry's. Key Accountabilities -Lead a team of Recruitment Sourcers to execute sourcing at an advanced level to include boolean search, x-ray search and extensive use of sourcing tools -Execute headhunting, direct talent sourcing and networking strategies -Create talent pools as well as pipelining -Maintain data accuracy and integrity of internal ATS systems regarding candidate's data -Work closely with team members to ensure KPI's and SLA'sare met in a timely manner -Suggest process improvements concerning all aspect of the recruitment - we are always looking for ideas how to be better! Skills & Experience -Understands how to use market insight tools, interpret the data to create effective sourcing plans, provide market insights (commercially and strategically) to Recruitment Partners/HR BP's and identify/develop strategies for talent pooling -Manages performance of team through setting and reviewing objectives and KPI's. Tracks activity levels and monitors to increase productivity -Identifies performance issues and manages correction -Review team activity on requisitions including reviewing sourcing plans, working with sourcers on live requisitions to ensure they are exploring all options, providing training or reporting back training needs to Global Lead -Develop team skills through one to one coaching and team meetings to encourage and improve skill sets -Manage stakeholder expectations on requisitions including redirecting stakeholder to alternate resource when the requisition is not within sourcing engagement guidelines -Carry out weekly meetings with individual team members to check workload, progress and performance -Quality check CV submissions and feedback to team on findings as appropriate -Manage develop plans for each team member and identify training needs -Collaborates with other Regional leads to knowledge/tool/skill share
