Job Description:Location - GurgaonA result-oriented Sales and Business Development professional with a proven track record of acquiring strategic clients and driving sustainable revenue growth with 10 + years experience.The person will be responsible for significant growth in the quarterly and annual revenues to the Tata Technologies India business from their respective territory.The split will be “hunting-farming “expectation. The major expectation is to generate new leads, drive the relationship building, establish TTL as a preferred vendor, and then win the first contract from new OEMs/Tier-1s and Tier-2s in the Automotive territory.The secondary expectation is to do a deep dive on existing TTL accounts and assess if existing revenue growth through further opportunities.Skills:· Area of Responsibility· Managing complete P/L for respective territory in India and be responsible for profitability of the territory.· Develops marketing plan and the strategies, tactics necessary to achieve sales and marketing goals for assigned territory and accounts.· Gather appropriate information on marketplace and competition.· Make customer presentations to explain the Company’s products and services.· Create techno-commercial proposals, coordinate proposal activities and lead negotiations to successful closure.· Know the customer’s organization, culture, structure, key decision makers and the customer decision-making process. Responsible for managing a positive business relationship with the customers· Develop and maintain strong relations with customers through consistent contact. Support Supply Chain for orders execution, by managing customer related issues.· Build business pipeline for future by developing new opportunities/customers/ projects· Responsible for marketing efforts within accounts to meet strategic plans and objectives.· Manage customer payments and receivables.· Lead Sales team and all sales activities in respective territory in India.About Company:#ComeJoinUs in #EngineeringABetterWorld.
