- Telesales Specialist contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a Product or Service.
- They answer questions about Products or the Company.
- They also ask questions to understand customer requirements and close the sales.
- They must keep a record of calls and relevant details.
- They must familiar with CRM and MS Office programs.
- Telesales Specialist will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
- Researching new sales opportunities by cold calling, sending emails, connecting with others, participating in social media, and a lot more.
- Creating meetings with potential entrepreneurs based on their needs and concerns if necessary.
- Keep an updated customer database.
- Measure identified KPIs.
- Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.
- Contributing to the organisation's revenue growth.
