- Develop and execute strategies to optimize the performance of the digital factory in line with organizational goals and objectives
- Provide operational leadership to ensure effective implementation of the digital factory operating model, including agile project management, technology infrastructure support, data governance, innovation processes, and customer-centricity initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization to design and deliver innovative digital solutions that enhance customer experience and generate business value
- Manage the budget, resources, and timelines for all digital factory projects and programs
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and knowledge sharing among team members and stakeholders
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing digital transformation projects and programs
- Demonstrated track record of successfully implementing digital technologies, tools, and methodologies to drive innovation and business growth
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a complex, fast-paced, and dynamic environment
- Strong knowledge of agile project management frameworks, IT systems architecture, data analytics, and AI applications
- Experience with change management and organizational development practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Effective people management and coaching skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Results-oriented mindset with attention to detail and quality
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Additional languages are a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
