The Solutions Engineer RFP, reporting to the Solutions Engineer RFP Manager, is an integral part of our growing Global Success team. You are responsible for working internally with our Product, IT, and Sales teams. You will provide technical and functional knowledge for our Bidding Team. This will include interacting directly with account and pre-sales managers on a daily basis. The role will focus on completing information requests globally. You will be the go-to contact during the RFP/RFI process for all questions. The Solution Engineer RFP plays a major role in improving and expanding existing business responses. Your performance will have a direct impact on the overall sales teams' effectiveness. Responsibilities: Manage and complete RFPs & RFIs working with the team Provide technical and functional responses to our pre-sales team Consult different teams and ask questions to provide quality responses Work closely with Program Manager, Marketing, and other Clovity business units to maintain technical & functional knowledge of existing and new business opportunities.
