💼 Role: Implementation SpecialistYears of experience - 3 to 6 yearsShould be ready to work in night shift 6pm to 3amNote - Transportation i.e pick up and drop will be providedShift allowance will be providedWhat You'll Do:
🎯 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives
📊 Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments
🤝 Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation phases
🔧 Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions throughout the project lifecycle
📅 Prepare documentation for processes, workflows, and best practices
🚀 Train end-users on new systems and tools post-implementationCreate and maintain provider profiles in Paradigm's platforms, ensuring accurate setup with the correct payers, rates, and client information • Identify and report discrepancies with client profiles to ensure accurate onboarding • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure processes are executed efficiently and accurately • Stay informed on the latest onboarding processes and best practices to enhance operational effectiveness and accuracy • Provide ongoing support during the onboarding phaseWhat We're Looking For:✅ Minimum of 3 years experience in project implementation or similar role from healthcare domain
✅ Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
✅ Experience with software tools relevant to implementation tasks
✅ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
