Job Description: About This Role Adoption of SRE Principals and roll out of APM across the many Enterprise applications Engage with partners Rollout of Auto-Remediation initiatives and Enterprise service flow definitions Monitor and measure KPIs and build reports Collaborate with wider teams. You'll Have The Following Responsibilities Working in this role you will play a critical part in the operation of the Enterprise SRE function. In Enterprise Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) we adopt a software engineering approach to IT operations. Responsible for the planning of the Dynatrace APM rollout across Enterprise components. Coordination across component teams to deliver Dynatrace APM through technical releases to support quarterly Business Goals. Liaising directly with Dynatrace in the planning of all aspect of Enterprise rollout, helping define training requirements for Enterprise end users. Liaising with the various Enterprise application owners and technical teams to develop monitoring dashboards. Work with Enterprise application owners to help define SLI/SLO metrics for management within Dynatrace. Support Tribe Lead and Squad leadership in the shaping and prioritisation of the backlog in readiness for Program increments. Help squads on Agile delivery best practices; leading regular retrospective and continuous improvement activities to create high performing squads focused on customer centricity and value. Support agile maturity assessment of squads and help them improve. A proven collaborator and influencer: having a track record to engage, inspire and influence people at senior levels. Technical Delivery and Planning: Proven successful delivery track record on programmes that cross multiple teams with in-depth planning of deliverables. Change Agent: Participation in Agile transformation leadership driving incremental improvements in agile maturity. Excellent communication skills, comfortable with presenting at senior leadership team level. Solid understanding of Agile delivery practices with awareness of major frameworks and ability to lead collaborative agile ways of working and effectively manage changing priorities. Any industry standard qualifications in Agile Leadership would be considered a bonus. A good understanding of JIRA, reporting, dashboards etc. and be able to drive improvement with best practices
