Job Title: Senior Network Engineer/Asstt Manager/Deputy ManagerLocation: CAO, MaladDepartment : Information TechnologyReports To: Head-Network InfrastructureJob PurposeThe Bank is looking for an experienced Network Engineer in the Networks Team of the Bank’s IT Department to maintain and support the bank's IT Infrastructure/Systems, Network and Telecom systems.The Network Engineer will be responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of the bank’s networking infrastructure.This role ensures the secure, reliable, and efficient operation of data, voice, and security networks across branches, data centers, and cloud platforms in accordance with regulatory and operational requirements. The role includes but not limited to technical and administration task to ensure functionality and efficiency of IT systems and support and resolve End User operational issues.Job Description And Responsibilities:- Interact with the End-users and resolve Network related L1/L2 issues with a short TAT- Escalate L3 issues to Vendor and ensure resolution within TAT- Design and deploy LAN, WAN and VPN networks for CAO, Branches, ATMs and Data Centers.- Network Operations & Maintenance : Monitor Network performance of all Network Elements (Availability, Utilization, Latency etc). Resolve Network issues including outage, slowness and routing issues.Ensure Network Availability of IP-MPLS, Internet Leased Line (ILL) and SD-WAN Networks-Network Security: O&M of Firewalls; Implement Network security policies.-Support Audits carried out by statutory authorities viz. ReBIT, IS, VAPT etc.Ensure compliance as per Audit requirements and other cybersecurity assessments.-Documentation

Maintain/Update Network diagrams, IP address Inventory and configuration records for the Bank’s Network
Incident Report to be prepared for all Service Affecting Incidents
Support disaster recovery (DR) Drills and business continuity planning (BCP) network activities.
Maintain bank's inventory of IT systems which includes number of end points/printers/physical servers including SW in co-ordination with the AMC vendor.
Schedule upgrades to the systems, both hardware and software - wherever required as per change Management process.
Maintain license details and intimate regarding the renewal before the expiry date on a Quarterly basis.
Maintain payments schedule to the vendors as per the bank's policy.

Desired Candidate Profile:Degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent2-8 years Network related ExperienceExperience in Maintenance of IT systems & Peripherals - Computers, Printers Hardware & Network.Experience in configuration & maintenance of Network Elements - Switches/ Routers/Firewalls/ServersPractical experience of maintaining IT system HelpdeskExperience with Endpoint Security & DLP SolutionsCertifications preferred : CCNA/CCNP/CiscoKnowledge of Network Monitoring Tools (Motadata, Solar Winds etc.)Knowledge of RBI Cybersecurity FrameworkKnowledge of MS Office.Good analytical and communication skillsTeam Player
