Master's Degree or MBA preferred.- A seasoned explorer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in product or category management (mandatory).- Previous expeditions in the publishing industry are a strong plus.- Proven experience in managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle, akin to leading a successful expedition from start to finish.- Keen understanding of the educational publishing landscape and the specific terrains (needs) of the assigned category.- Strong leadership qualities that inspire and unite teams, with excellent communication skills that help convey the vision and direction.- Sharp analytical mind, comfortable with navigating the sea of market data and financial information.
