- Serve as principal point-of-contact for the client and their team.
- Lead several concurrent projects that involve consultants, developers, and clients.
- Establish the Project Management Plan, tracking milestones, and coordinating meetings with client stakeholders as aligned with the delivery operating model.
- Understand business and technical requirements to effectively coordinate/document process definition, solution design, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities with client stakeholders.
- Facilitate resource planning activities, including assignment, onboarding, equipment provisioning, and user access to target applications.
- Coordinate the development, review, and submission of RPA milestone deliverables (i.e. PDD, SDD, ODI, and BPA releases)
- Mitigate risks identified by the Delivery Manager to help avoid development, testing, or deployment roadblocks
- Provide regular weekly status updates, including risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, defects, and change requests logs to the client and Program Manager
- Identify, catalogue, and archive reusable code assets and coordinate knowledge-sharing sessions between internal teams.
- Bachelor’s Degree focused on Information Technology or Information Management or equivalent education and experience.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of project management experience.
- Have excellent planning, problem-solving, project management and leadership skills.
- Understand IT delivery methodologies (ITIL, Agile, Lean, etc)
- Prior experience in leading similar projects in robotics process automation (i.e. Blue Prism, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere)
- Leadership skills to inspire co-workers to attain goals and pursue excellence.
- Understand the drivers of value, including the ability to size and prioritise large-scale initiatives across businesses and functions.
- Bonus Points—Any prior work with OCR technologies (e.g., ABBYY, IBM Datacap, etc.).
- Self-motivated and able to take the initiative with minimum need for supervision.
- Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
