TM Scientist - Water Treatment

• Do lab experiments for R&D projects with guidance from seniors.
• Help in developing, improving, and testing new formulations and products.
• Use and take care of lab equipment and testing instruments.
• Record test results correctly, prepare simple reports, and keep proper lab notes.
• Follow all lab safety rules and practices.
• Support in pilot plant trials and scale-up work when needed.
• Help manage chemicals, consumables, and lab inventory.
• Work with other teams (Quality, Production, Marketing) for product testing and validation.
• Quantifiable Dimensions of Responsibilities:

• Experience in laboratory experiments and analytical equipment operation.
• Timely and accurate preparation of experimental data and reports.
• Complexities of the position:

• Requires ability to handle multiple experiments simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of handling hazardous chemicals and laboratory safety is critical.
• Balancing routine testing with research-driven development work.
