- Lead and manage the Oracle Fusion L2 / Operations support team, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and operational best practices
- Own end-to-end L2 support operations for Oracle Fusion applications across incident, problem, and change management
- Provide functional guidance and oversight for Oracle Fusion Financials and/or SCM modules
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex functional and operational issues
- Drive root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and implement preventive measures
- Coordinate with L3 teams, Oracle Support, business stakeholders, and integration teams as needed
- Ensure effective resource utilization, workload balancing, and shift/roster planning (if applicable)
- Monitor support metrics, prepare operational reports, and present insights to stakeholders
- 10+ years of overall IT experience
- Proven experience managing Oracle Fusion L2 / Operations teams
- Strong hands-on functional understanding of Oracle Fusion Financials and/or SCM modules
- Solid experience handling production support, incident management, and service operations
- Strong people management and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in 24x7 or global support models (as applicable)
- Excellent communication, coordination, and decision-making abilities
