New Product Development & Introduction | Cross-Functional Leadership | Mission-Critical Innovation About the RoleWe're looking for a dynamic, results-driven NPDI Programme Manager to lead the cross-functional execution of complex new product development and sustaining engineering projects. These initiatives span multiple departments, regions, and disciplines-and you'll be the driving force behind bringing them to life.As the NPDI Programme Manager, you will coordinate with engineering, offering management, manufacturing, procurement, quality, logistics, sales, service, and more to optimize time-to-market, manage resources, and deliver products that shape the future of power and IT infrastructure.
