Key Responsibilities * Oversee 5-6 branches and ensure the underwriting process works as per laid down policies in his cluster
  • Guide the Credit managers and monitor the underwriting activity
  • Ensure adherence to TAT for underwriting process as per company policy
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or certification in credit management is preferred.
  • Experience:
  • 7+ years of experience in underwriting within MSME(Micro LAP) lending business
  • At least 2–3 years in a managerial role overseeing credit or risk assessment teams.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial analysis tools, credit management software, and MS Office.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively.
