- Previous jewellery store experience with familiarity in handling valuable inventory, stock audits, and store operations compliantly.
- Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in billing, documentation, display management, and adherence to processes enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with customers, team members, and management to ensure seamless workflow.
- Engage customers with in-depth consultations to understand their jewellery needs and provide tailored recommendations from the available collection.
- Demonstrate product features, quality specifications, and craftsmanship to effectively address customer inquiries and build product confidence.
- Close sales transactions by guiding customers through payment, documentation, and after-sales services efficiently and with attention to detail.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring displays are attractive, well-organized, and in accordance with brand guidelines at all times.
- Handle customer complaints or feedback professionally to resolve issues and foster long-term loyalty for the Reliance Retail brand.
- Monitor and replenish inventory, participating in stock counting, auditing processes, and accurately recording movement within the store.
- Collaborate with colleagues and store management on promotional events, new launches, and store initiatives to boost overall sales performance.
