Overview :
We are looking for a well-presented and confident Customer Relationship Manager (Female) to join a leading retail and service-based company. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, managing outlet operations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day service delivery. The candidate will be reporting to Outlet Head.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage staff and supervise daily store operations.
Maintain quality service by enforcing customer service standards.
Handle customer concerns and provide quick resolutions.
Build and maintain positive relationships with walk-in customers.
Track daily activities and evaluate customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with senior staff to meet service goals.
Job Requirements :
Education: Graduate
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing role
Gender: Female, Age Criteria : 22 to 36 years.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive mindset and grooming.
Rapport-building ability.
Basic knowledge of computers
