We are looking for a responsible self-starter as an Admin & Accountant to run day-to-day operations involved in finance, events, and office administration. Great opportunity for learning and personal growth. Job Responsibilities Responsibilities will vary throughout the year as organizational needs and activities evolve. The staff reports to the EO Chennai Chapter Manager works alongside the volunteer members of the chapter board, and liaises with EO Regional and Global staff to plan and execute EO programs and services. Admin and Accountant will perform various tasks under the guidance of the Chapter Manager: Support the Chapter Manager in all the day-to-day tasks and in the below respective tasks: Manage new member onboarding and annual renewal of all EO Chennai members, Accelerators, and Partners Attend scheduled Board meetings, take the minutes, and send out recap. Coordinate logistics (meeting space, attendance, meeting minutes, board accountability, reminders, materials, etc.) Coordinate the board's and your own travel and attendance to various regional leadership meetings and the annual Global Leadership Conference Tracking payments and fulfillment of contracts, coordinating speaker requirements including travel, managing event registration, budget, day-of-event coordination including run-of-show, attendance, conducting post-event surveys, and tracking/reporting on metrics Collate and share post-event pictures on Social Media platforms and the Chapter website Track and maintain a financial budget in coordination with the Chapter Manager and bookkeeper to aid regular expense reporting, budget tracking, and helping each Chair position understand and utilize their budgets. Coordinate with external board members and external design agencies for the development of design collaterals Monitor regional and global communications for announcements. Remind board members of their upcoming Regional Calls. Monitor member attendance proactively, and remind members when attendance falls short of the minimum requirement Co-ordinate with the auditor on tax payments, GST tracking, etc Have a strong intention to grow and learn at a quicker pace Requirements 2-4 Years experience in operational, administrative, or project management role Must be an undergraduate Strong operational/execution mindset with project management skills Must be extremely organized and willing to work flexible hours, some nights and occasional weekends, and rarely some travel. Strong oral and written communication with relentless follow-through Must be a Zoho expertise (zoho books) Some level of computer proficiency; experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, MailChimp, SurveyMonkey, Zoom, Social media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn & Instagram
