Roles & Responsibilities Minimum 2 years experience in BPO/Call centre/Back office ops. for US operations Login to provider website and Extract Statement files: Find Data Entities from downloaded file and update system: Swap Payment methods (Maintain utmost security): Update Communication/Notification emails: Follow SOP set up by the team: Maintain Taskwise throughput Identify and address bottlenecks or inefficiencies that may impact throughput Continuously evaluate and optimize processes to improve overall productivity and performance. Interact with Service Providers and Customers to facilitate the process. Ready to work in PST hours with 6 days a week operations. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal By following these guidelines, you can effectively manage the outlined tasks while prioritizing security, efficiency, and compliance with established procedures.
