- Ensure that all incoming, in process and outgoing products as per customer requirements.
- Ensure that the Processes needed for the QMS are established, implemented and maintained as per ISO.
- 9001:2015, ISO-14001-2015 and OHSAS 18001, ISO 50001:2018.
- Coordinate with all sections/Departments for Implementation and Maintaining of QMS.
- Ensure that all raw materials and colour master batches using in production line are tested and fulfilled the.
- Customer requirements (As per IKEA Specification)
- Update and upload the test report and the self-declaration of raw material, component, Product in Connect on regular basis.
- PDOC and Specification review on regular basis.
- Ensuring Promotion & Awareness of Customer Requirements throughout the Organization.
- Plan & Organize Internal audits and appraise the Top Management of the Out Come of audit Results.
- Customer Complaint Analysis and take Corrective Actions for Process/Product Improvement.
- Responsible for Removal of Non Conformities in manufacturing operations in case of Non Conformity.
- Procurement & Calibration of Test Equipment’s.
- To takes Care of Customer requirements proactively.
- Preparation of rejection analysis, work instruction/procedure for QC work, corrective action on customer
- Compliant, hold reports, quality issue reports etc.
- Training of all QC Engineers for system implementation and one-page solution of all problems.
- Responsibility of control & monitoring document of Quality System.
- Responsibility of data analysis by using 7 QC Tools.
- Handled customers like IKEA, WALMART, TESCO, SAINSBURY, WILKO etc
- Knowledge of TPM, TQM
- Must be excellent in written and spoken English; net savvy and adept at computer skills.
- Good in communication.
