Job Overview We are looking for a talented and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team at Yoshino Energy Pvt. Ltd. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our renewable energy projects and expanding our customer base. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for clean energy and a strong sales mindset. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the renewable energy industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners. Excellent presentation and public speaking skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of renewable energy technologies and market trends. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events. Roles And Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the renewable energy sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to key stakeholders. Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation. Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends. Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
