- Liaise and build a strong relationship with state health officials, district teams, private providers, and partners for consultations, data access, and meetings.
- Lead the digital health landscape assessment, including literature review, data collection, facility assessments, and stakeholder interviews in the state
- Develop and use data collection tools (checklists, interview guides, observation templates).
- Coordinate field visits across districts in consultation with the state officials
- Lead the analysis of findings and preparation of report to identify digital health gaps, opportunities, and alignment with ABDM
- Contribute to drafting the State Digital Health Roadmap, including recommendations, priority actions, and phased implementation plans.
- Prepare reports, meeting notes, presentations, and other project documentation.
- Project management activities such as tracking timelines, scheduling engagements, and mitigating operational challenges.
- MBA and/or Master’s degree in public policy, public health, healthcare management, health informatics, information technology, or digital health.
- At least 8 years of relevant professional experience in digital health, health systems strengthening, or large-scale government program implementation.
- Experience working with state/district health departments and familiarity with ABDM, NHM programs and digital health initiatives. Previous experience in Meghalaya is highly recommended.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and report-writing skills, with the ability to synthesize large volumes of information.
- Skills in qualitative and quantitative data collection, conducting interviews/FGDs, and facility-level assessments.
- Ability to coordinate with government officials, healthcare providers, and partner organizations.
- Good understanding of India’s digital health ecosystem, health information systems, ABDM, or technology-enabled health interventions.
- Comfort with field travel, including visits to remote or hard-to-reach areas.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with digital health platforms preferred.
- Excellent documentation and reporting abilities.
- Fluency in English and local language (written and spoken) is required.
