Job Title : UX LeadLocation: Noida/Gurgaon/Hyderabad/Bangalore/PuneExperience: 8+ yearsJob Summary:We are looking for a passionate and experienced UX Lead to drive the design strategy and user experience for our enterprise-grade data platform. The ideal candidate will blend design thinking, team leadership, and a solid understanding of data-heavy applications, preferably with experience in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and Databricks.Key Responsibilities:

Lead the UX design strategy across multiple modules of an integrated data and analytics platform.
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex business needs into intuitive user experiences.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and apply insights to optimize UX.
Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Define and maintain design systems and UX best practices.
Ensure accessibility, consistency, and responsiveness across all UI components.
Provide mentorship and direction to junior designers.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven experience as a UX Lead or Senior UX Designer in enterprise products or data platforms.
Strong understanding of cloud technologies, especially AWS, Azure and how users interact with cloud-native data tools.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and design collaboration workflows.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
