- Proven experience in field sales or a related role with a strong track record of meeting sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence decision-making.
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within the territory.
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite to manage sales activities and reporting.
