In this role, you will be responsible to maintain existing HR Platform & Applications services in line with the expected performance targets; this include also dealing with the external partners, as required Collaborate with BRM and Transformation Office, advising on change impacts and possible alternative solutions.Responsibilities
- Coordinate the continuous improvement activities.
- Plan and manage the execution of the small changes.
- Lead business community facing communication around major incidents and for the steady-state service.
- Support planning and lead updates to provided services, updates in service catalog and automation efforts related to the HR tower.
- Proactively plan and ensure implementation of resilient on time delivery ensuring business continuity and quick adaptation to disruptions.
- Provide Reporting and trend analysis, and ensure relevant metrics are captured for the HR service tower.
- Co-develop and document the services and capabilities required by the HR service tower.
- Support improvements from managed service vendor, technical platforms and solutions leveraged by the HR service tower.
- Collaborate with Clients Project team, HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
- Utilize consulting abilities, business acumen, and specialized solution proficiency to seamlessly integrate the functionalities into the client’s business ecosystem, ensuring the attainment of the client expected business result.
- Optimize and maintain the Workday system, ensuring data integrity, system security, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- In line with Customer/ IT project methodology, Operations Manager oversee and ensure the successful scoping, delivery, closure and management of single or multiple projects within scope, quality, time and cost constraints that may be clearly defined or may require dynamic / flexible change management.
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
- BE/B.TECH
