- Managing end-to-end recruitment operations, ensuring speed, quality, and efficiency across high-volume hiring.
- Collaborating closely with senior leaders and multiple stakeholders to identify talent needs and deliver tailored hiring solutions.
- Utilizing data analytics to optimize recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
- Leading initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion, as well as integrating advanced AI tools into recruitment workflows.
- Driving change management to enhance recruitment processes, scalability, and automation.
- 10-15 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, preferably within consulting or fast-paced client-centric environments.
- Experience working in Consulting organisations is highly preferred.
- Expertise in large-scale hiring, especially for non-technology, Management Consulting, Business Analyst roles.
- Strong stakeholder management skills within complex global matrix organizations.
- A data-driven mindset with excellent communication and reporting capabilities.
- Full Time MBA from a premier B-School is preferred.
