- Team Leadership: Supervise and support the café team, ensuring high standards of service, smooth operations, and well-trained staff.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee café operations, manage stock levels, place supplier orders, and ensure the space is clean, organized, and ready for daily service.
- Customer Experience: Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service, handle inquiries or complaints, and ensure every guest has a memorable visit.
- Financial Management: Maintain accurate records of daily, weekly, and monthly revenues and expenses.
- Menu Innovation: Experiment with seasonal menus and beverages, creating new offerings that reflect customer preferences and trends.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all operations adhere to health, safety, and hygiene SOPs.
- Collaboration: Work with the Head of Operations to streamline processes, improve service, and develop long-term relationships with customers and suppliers.
- At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced café or restaurant environment, with a focus on customer service and operations.
- A strong team leader who can manage, train, and motivate a diverse group of people.
- Proactive, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with a solid understanding of POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible shifts as required by the café's operating hours.
- Pre-opening experience is a bonus but not essential.
