As member of the shift maintenance team the Skilled Maintenance technician is responsible for the performance of the machine & Utilities.What You Will Do

Perform operation of utilities & Ancillaries (Boiler, Compressor, DG Sets, AHU’s, SRP etc.)
Can read & understand Electrical Drawings.
Operation & Maintenance of Printer. (Inkjet, TIJ & TTO)
Perform breakdowns maintenance & preventive maintenance on all machines/utilities & ancillaries. (electrical)
Maintain Daily Log of work done.
Leave planning & No LWP (Leave without pay)
Perform troubleshooting of all process issues related to machineries. (Electrical)
Understand Department KPI’s and work toward achieving the targets
Maintain 5S in the workshop/Work area.
Be a safety Role Model
Follow 7 Lifesaving rules as laid down by the company.
Understands & perform LO/TO before performing maintenance work.
Follow Hygiene practices laid down by the company to avoid contamination on production machinery
Understand the importance of PPE’s & use effectively.
Perform QRP before starting a job.
Perform BOS Rounds.
Make & Share OPLs 3/Year.
Improvement Projects/Kaizens 3/year.
Part of Projects 1/year
Maintain Daily Log of work done/completed.
Do Analysis on electrical Breakdowns & share with the Team with counter measure
Have Knowledge of PLC, Drives & all electrical systems. And can trouble shoot the issues
Operation & Maintenance of 33KVA Sub station
Lead Projects with minimum guidance.
Systems Owner of At least one system in the department/plant
Knowledge of Advance electrical system.
Acquire Computer Skills

Who You Are

High School with ITI (electrician trade)
1+ years of experience in utility activity in manufacturing unit
Strong written and verbal communication skills in internal settings.
Requires ability to take initiative to solve problems.
Ready to work in shift operations
