Only Female can ApplyKey Responsibilities:Create original design concepts, mood boards, and tech packs for collectionsWork closely with clients/buyers to understand design briefs and requirementsDevelop samples and coordinate with sampling & production teamsSource fabrics, trims, and other raw materials for designsConduct trend research and competitor analysis for seasonal collectionsPrepare cost sheets and finalize pricing with internal teamsManage client communication and follow up on orders and approvalsCoordinate with production for timelines, quality, and deliveryMaintain accurate records of design, sampling, and order statusAttend buyer meetings, trade shows, and exhibitions as neededQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related field1–3 years of experience as a merchandiser and/or fashion designerProficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or similar toolsStrong understanding of fabrics, garment construction, and production cyclesExcellent communication and time management skills
