We are currently opening up outsourcing services in finance and accounting, US taxation, marketing, recruitment, software products, software services, IT support services, Microsoft Sharepoint/Powerplatform, business and finance transformation, operating models, human resource outsourcing, and payroll outsourcing for US, UK and Australia. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote our services and generate new business opportunities. The role involves identifying potential clients, building relationships, conducting market research, presenting proposals, and negotiating contracts. The Business Development Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and achieve sales targets. We require Business Developement Managers for our wealth management company Kiya Securities Private Limited as well as our outsourcing company Kiya Global Solutions. Qualifications Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role Strong understanding of the finance and accounting industry Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients Knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques Ability to analyze market trends and competition Strong organizational and time management skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field Certifications in finance, sales, or business development are a plus
