Develop process design deliverables such as PFDs, P&IDs, equipment sizing, mass & energy balances.Prepare and review Basic Engineering Packages (BEP) and Detailed Engineering Packages (DEP).Conduct process simulations, hydraulic calculations, and heat & material balances.Work on equipment design (reactors, heat exchangers, distillation columns, pumps, compressors, etc.).Prepare process datasheets for equipment and instruments.Support in HAZOP, PHA, and risk assessments to ensure process safety.Provide technical support during procurement, fabrication, erection & commissioning.Optimize existing processes to improve efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, instrumentation, civil, project, EHS).Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulatory guidelines.
