- Collaborate with Global People Solutions teams and in-market GP Execution team to understand market needs and priorities and programming delivery
- Coordinates with local GP Strategy & Planning team to understand long-term GP strategies, goals, and plans and ensure alignment of day-to-day work with GP People priorities
- Collaborates with Global People Solutions teams, Product Teams and GP Strategy & Planning team to build timelines for the entire People Portfolio including milestones, deadlines, and launches
- Supports the effective coordination and on-time delivery of HR PMO support activities
- Supports the annual process by assisting with the collection, synthesis and sharing of People insights and market plans
- Prepare periodic reports for the GP Strategy & Planning team to track strategic goal accomplishments and initiative progress
- Create presentation materials & data management artifacts required for the effective deployment and phasing of GP initiative
- Assist in the drafting of strategic communication related to GP policies, initiatives, and organizational changes
- Manages schedules and deadlines for US People initiatives
- Supports the execution of function-wide meetings (e.g. Project Acceleration Meetings and functional webcasts), developing key inputs and outputs for these events
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Culture, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Proven experience in roles responsible for people experience or project management
- Experience operating in large, multi-national corporations in a highly matrixed, complex structure
- Experience working across many countries and cultures
- Understands the needs and challenges of global leaders
- Work a schedule with strong overlap to U.S. business hours (e.g., 2:00 p.m.11:00 p.m. IST) to ensure real time collaboration with North Americabased partners

- Technical knowledge in areas of people experience, project management, and HR processes
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-analysis skills
- Ability to write well and communicate effectively across all layers of the organization
- Knowledge of HR compliance and data privacy regulations
