This is a full-time, junior position that requires a minimum of 1 year's experience in the regulatory landscape of chemicals. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with industry regulations and support our commitment to upholding high standards across our product lines.Qualifications and Skills
  • Proficiency in regulatory compliance practices, particularly within the chemical manufacturing industry (Mandatory skill).
  • In-depth knowledge of FDA regulations and their application in surfactants and specialty chemicals (Mandatory skill).
  • Comprehensive understanding of ISO standards and their implications for product quality and safety (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience with data privacy regulations to ensure the protection of sensitive information in compliance with industry norms.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage audits, including both internal reviews and external regulatory inspections.
  • Skills in risk assessment to identify potential compliance issues and implement preventive measures.
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle management to oversee the regulatory aspects from development to market release.
  • Proficiency in documentation management ensuring accurate and up-to-date regulatory documents are maintained and accessible.
  • Should have good knowledge of new product regulation in agrochemical.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements for surfactants and specialty chemicals across different sectors.
  • Develop and implement regulatory policies and procedures to align with industry standards and company objectives.
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain compliance standards and prepare for inspections by regulatory authorities.
  • Coordinate with research and development teams to ensure new products meet all regulatory requirements before launch.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in regulatory laws and standards, and communicate these effectively within the organization.
  • Prepare and submit all necessary documentation required by regulatory bodies in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide training and support to staff on regulatory processes and requirements to enhance compliance awareness.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all regulatory inquiries and provide guidance on compliance-related matters to internal teams.
