Get to know us at genpact.com and on LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Facebook.Inviting the applications for the role of CNI Quality Checker- Sr Associate/Business Analyst/Assistant Manager/ManagerIn this role as a Quality Checker (QC), you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of Complex Non-Individual KYC processes and documentation. You will review and audit KYC cases completed by the Maker to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. The role supports the bank’s obligation to identify, assess and monitor files of complex non individual customers.ResponsibilitiesAs part of the Quality Checker team, you will be responsible for:Perform quality assurance reviews of KYC documentation, customer due diligence processes in line with established quality frameworks and agreed SLAsIdentify, escalate, and report discrepancies or issues to Team Leads and/or relevant client stakeholdersEnsure full compliance with the applicable regulatory and internal policy requirementsProvide constructive feedback and actionable recommendations to support continuous process improvementCollaborate closely with KYC and AML teams to maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and complianceSupport the training and mentoring of new team members on quality standards and regulatory expectationsDocument review findings thoroughly, including details of audits, data reviewed, rationale for conclusions, and supporting evidenceMaintain a strong focus on the quality and effectiveness of investigations while ensuring timely completion of assigned reviewsContribute to continuous improvement of KYC processes and controlsQualifications we seek in you!Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree from a recognized institutionExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.Relevant year of experience as a QC with an overall relevant years of experience in end-to-end KYCStrong exposure to corporate clients (CIB, wholesale, or commercial banking)Relevant QC experience with multiple client types including Companies, Trusts, and Partnerships.Preferred qualificationsStrong analytical and logical reasoning skills to identify risks and red flags.High attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies and quality gaps.Effective cross‑team collaboration and communication with KYC/AML and operations teams.Proactive and detail‑oriented approach, driving process improvements, optimization, and enhancements to quality frameworks.Why join Genpact?
