A newly established Venture Capital fund is looking to hire for their Investor Relations and Fundraising team.Fundraising

Maintain proposal presentation templates and associated client questionnaire
Prepare client / prospect specific proposals
Maintain model portfolios
Develop and maintain discretionary mandate track record and benchmarking

Reporting and Investment analysis

Prepare and / or review client reporting materials including monthly investment statements, semi-annual investment reports and any custom reporting
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure client portfolio data is captured and uploaded into relevant reporting systems
Prepare custom internal reporting
Prepare Board meeting agenda and materials and prepare / review minutes thereafter

Other support tasks

Maintain a deep understanding of the firm's product offerings, including investment philosophy, investment strategy and general portfolio constructs
Prepare and coordinate responses to clients and prospect queries

Opportunity to work in a VC Fund|Opportunity to work directly with the Founding Partner

MBA, Master's Degree in Finance, CA or a bachelor's degree with relevant prior experience
4 to 8 years of investor relations experience in the financial services industry
Portfolio management experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Global mindset with the ability to collaborate and work with teams across different geographies
Understanding of portfolio management basics, including portfolio optimization concepts
Exceptional Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills
