With over 155 years of legacy, we continue to drive innovation and impact through our people, technology, and values.Our India Center in Mumbai is a key global hub delivering technology, analytics, and business services to support enterprise-wide growth and transformation.Role OverviewWe are hiring a D&T Analyst II – Trade to support Trade Promotion Management (TPM) operations for international markets. This role focuses on user support, issue resolution, vendor coordination, and ensuring seamless functioning of TPM tools like Xtel integrated with enterprise systems (SAP, GCP).Key Responsibilities (Accountabilities)
- Manage user support intake: log, categorize, prioritize, and route issues/enhancements
- Gather complete issue details for effective troubleshooting and reproducibility
- Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams to drive timely resolution
- Track progress, dependencies, SLAs, and escalate when required
- Validate fixes and enhancements through UAT and business scenario testing
- Ensure resolution meets acceptance criteria before closure
- Communicate updates and closures clearly to users and stakeholders
- Maintain knowledge base for recurring issues and solutions
- Identify trends and recurring issues; drive root-cause improvements
- Contribute to Agile workstreams (user stories, tasks, enhancements)
- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
- Understanding of FMCG trade processes (planning, execution, settlement)
- Experience with TPM/TPO tools (SAP TPM, Kantar Xtel, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple tickets/issues simultaneously
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Master’s degree in Business Management
- Experience supporting global/multi-market environments
- Knowledge of system integrations (SAP modules, reporting/analytics tools)
- Exposure to trade planning processes and CBP fundamentals
