UI/UX Designer PositionWe are excited to announce an opening for a UI/UX Designer at our Bangalore office. This role is ideal for individuals with 1-3 years of experience in the field of user interface and user experience design. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging designs that provide a seamless user experience across our digital platforms.Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
Ask smart questions, take risks, and champion new ideas.
Experience with B2B SAAS Products.

Required Skills:

Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, site maps, prototypes, etc., using standard UX software such as Sketch, Axure, InVision, UXPin or similar tools.
Proficiency in visual design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator to refine illustrations or improve the visual aspect of the design.
An understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3 Javascript is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to understand detailed requirements and align overall design with the objectives of the business while ensuring users' needs are met.
Experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions and an understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
