As a BDM/Online Bidder, you will be responsible for generating business through online platforms and bidding websites. This is a full-time position with a focus on web and mobile application bidding. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in online bidding and possess excellent communication and team management skills.Qualifications and Skills

1 to 3 years of experience as a BDM/Online Bidder
Proven track record of generating business through online bidding platforms,Like upwork,PPH ,Guru, freelancer etc
Strong proposal writing and presentation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Team management and leadership abilities
Familiarity with web and mobile and web application bidding processes

Roles and Responsibilities

Identify, generate, and qualify business leads through various online platforms and bidding websites
Understand client requirements and prepare comprehensive proposals and presentations
Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction
Coordinate with the development team to ensure project requirements are met
Manage and maintain existing client relationships, providing exceptional customer support
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
Track and report key sales metrics to the management team
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets
