- Execute door-to-door B2C sales activities within the assigned territory
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets consistently
- Attend daily gate meetings on time and adhere to company dress code
- Conduct brochure distribution and local promotional activities
- Build strong product knowledge and stay updated on competitor offerings
- Educate potential customers on Excitel plans, pricing, and benefits
- Convert leads into successful sales closures
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Strong communication skills in Kannada & English
- (Hindi / Telugu will be an added advantage)
- Self-motivated with a strong sales mindset
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Must own a two-wheeler for field travel
