2. Provide expert advisory services to telecom clients on optimizing their product and service offerings through data-driven insights.
3. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their strategic goals and aligning consulting efforts to meet these objectives.
4. Lead analytical initiatives to evaluate product performance, customer preferences, and market trends.
5. Utilize advanced analytics tools and methodologies to derive actionable insights from large datasets.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for product enhancement and new service launches based on analytical findings.
7. Assess and refine existing business processes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
8. Implement process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to streamline workflows and improve service delivery.
9. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of process changes and recommend further adjustments as needed.
10. Lead and mentor a team of consultants and analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
11. Oversee project management activities, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality consulting services.Responsibilities:1. Prior consulting experience preferred
2. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
3. Proven experience (5+ years) in telecom consulting, with a focus on product/service analytics and process improvement.
4. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
5. Demonstrated expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar.
6. Technology transformation management Scrum Master or PMP
7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
8.
