- Oversee planning, scheduling and monitoring of all PMC activities for the project.
- Ensure compliance with project milestones, deliverables and contractual requirements.
- Lead review and approval of Quality Assurance Plans (QAP), method statements and drawings.
- Ensure robust QA/QC implementation and compliance with standards/specifications.
- Conduct random reviews of QAP implementation during periodic site visits.
- Supervise fabrication and erection works (including foundations, superstructure and deck slab casting).
- Ensure works are executed in line with approved drawings and engineering standards.
- Monitor site safety, quality and progress.
- Coordinate with stakeholders (GLC, STUP, Railways, Fabricators, Contractors).
- Review and follow up on approvals of drawings and method statements.
- Represent PMC in client and contractor meetings.
- Guide Project Engineers and deployed site crew in their day-to-day responsibilities.
- Provide direction and resolve escalated technical/site issues.
- Prepare and submit periodic progress reports to the client.
- Participate in two scheduled visits annually with BV's central team for random review, QAP audit, and progress checks.
- Provide recommendations for improvements where required.
