Job description We are on the hunt for a Content Writer to help develop content on Learning & Development. Your goal as a Content Writer will be to make extraordinary content for our enthusiastic learners. The ideal candidate should be well versed with the skills and knowledge of Research & Development, Writing & Structuring, Leadership, and Soft Skills and produce profound and plagiarism-free content. Most importantly, he/she should possess the enthusiasm to learn and grow. Key Responsibilities: Preparing course materials using a variety of instructional techniques and formats as well as developing alternative training methods. Researching and developing courses on topics of Leadership, Life Skills, Soft Skills by a combination of online sources, books, and different studies. Proofreading, evaluating, and editing given content to ensure the effectiveness of the courses, to give plagiarism-free content. Blog Writing, Video Content Writing will also be a part of the kitty. Preferred Skills: The Content Writer will work with the Learning & Development Team to create courses, thus has to have: Outstanding Creative Writing Skills Good Comprehension Skills Editing and Evaluation Skills Proficient Communication & Presentation skills A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Content Writer A Bachelors/Master's Degree Image Designing Skills (Knowledge of tools like Canva, Photoshop, etc. would be a cherry on the top) Discernment, Critical Thinking / Analytical skills Work from Office | Stipend - 10k per month More than the requirements and preferences, we in DataTrained believe in the power of intention.
