Inventory Tracking: Implement systems to track inventory movement, monitor stock levels, and conduct regular audits. Receiving and Dispatch: Oversee the receipt of incoming materials, verify quantities, quality check, and manage dispatch processes. Maintaining Records: Keep accurate records of inventory levels, transactions, receipts, and disbursements. Reporting: Generate regular reports on inventory status, consumption rates, and potential shortages. Compliance : Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to inventory management and storage. You Bring These Skills, Experience & Education Warehousing Knowledge: Understanding of warehouse organization, space optimization, handling procedures, and safety protocols for materials, including hazardous substances. Documentation and Record-Keeping: Strong abilities in maintaining accurate records, generating reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with various departments, vendors, and stakeholders. Qualifications Education and Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is often preferred. Relevant certifications in inventory management can be advantageous. Industry Experience: Prior experience in inventory management, Job work or warehouse operations within the flexible packaging industries is highly beneficial. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with inventory management software, ERP systems, and technology used in tracking and managing inventory is advantageous.
