We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in US staffing, particularly in sourcing and recruiting technical talent across various industries. The RPO Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding them, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and clients. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their technical staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Manage candidate communication and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Negotiate offers and facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiations and ensuring timely communication. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in technical recruitment. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter in a staffing agency, RPO, or corporate environment. Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting technical talent in the US market. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers. Strong negotiation and influencing skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
