Job Description:Track and monitor shipments regularly to ensure timely movement and deliveryFile ISF and AMS accurately within deadlinesUpdate and track ETA / shipment statusSend arrival notices to customers (5 6 days prior to arrival)Maintain and update internal master tracking sheetsCoordinate with shipping lines for arrival notices and shipment updatesTrack container gate-out and empty returnsFollow up for pre-alert documents from origin/customersShare documentation with Customs Brokers (CHB) for clearanceEvaluate and assign correct HTS codesReview and analyze CBP Form 7501 and ABI release statusEnsure compliance with U.S. customs regulations and internal SOPsRequired QualificationsMinimum 6 months experience in U.S. logistics / freight forwardingStrong understanding of ISF, AMS, and customs clearance processesWillingness to work night shifts (U.S. time zones)Comfortable working on-site in Saket, DelhiGood communication and coordination skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with Logisys software (added advantage)Basic knowledge of HTS classification & U.S. import regulationsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
