  • Design & Conceptualization: Develop, create, and present detailed interior design plans, mood boards, and layouts (2D/3D).
  • Architectural Integration: Work closely with architects to ensure interior designs complement the building’s structural elements.
  • Technical Drawings & Specs: Prepare detailed technical drawings, lighting layouts, and material specifications.
  • Project Management & Compliance: Source materials, manage budgets, oversee site installation, and ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
  • Client Management: Interpret client needs, hold consultations, and present design solutions.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture.
  • Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar 3D modeling/design software.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of lighting, materials, furniture construction, and spatial planning.
  • Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating both creativity and technical proficiency.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, contractors, and architects.
